Privacy Policy

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address to authenticate your identity via a secure magic link sign-in. We do not store passwords.

Round and scoring data. The App stores golf round data you enter — including hole scores, par values, course names, and player names — to provide scoring, history, and scorecard features. When you are signed in, this data is synced to our cloud servers so it persists across sessions and devices.

Purchase information. If you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment details. We receive a record of whether you have purchased the Unlimited Rounds upgrade to unlock access within the App.

Analytics data. We use Firebase Analytics (provided by Google) to collect anonymous usage data such as app opens, feature usage, and general interaction patterns. This data does not personally identify you and is used solely to understand how the App is used and to improve the experience.

Crash data. We use Firebase Crashlytics (provided by Google) to collect anonymous crash reports and diagnostic information. This helps us identify and fix bugs. Crash reports may include device type, operating system version, and the state of the App at the time of a crash.

The App uses the following third-party services that may collect data as described in their respective privacy policies:

• Supabase — account authentication and cloud data storage
• Firebase Analytics — anonymous usage analytics
• Firebase Crashlytics — crash reporting
• Apple StoreKit — in-app purchase processing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with third-party services as described above to operate the App.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices. When you are signed in, round data is stored on secure cloud servers provided by Supabase. Purchase entitlements are managed through Apple's App Store infrastructure.

You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen within the App. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, round history, and all associated data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
